Caring for the communities we serve has always been at the heart of Dermatology Partners. As part of that commitment, we are continually looking for meaningful ways to support the health and well-being of our neighbors—both inside and outside the clinic.

At Dermatology Partners, caring for our patients also means raising awareness of conditions that may be less common but deeply impactful. On February 28, we join the global community in recognizing Rare Disease Day, a worldwide effort dedicated to improving understanding, access to care, and support for people living with rare diseases.
When you visit a dermatologist, your provider may need to take a small skin sample, called a biopsy, to better understand what is happening with an unusual mole, skin tag, or possible skin cancer. This helps the dermatopathologist make the right diagnosis so your provider can choose the best treatment for you.
Mark Twain once wrote, “Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear—not absence of fear.”These words reflect the spirit of all who have worn the uniform in service to our country. On this Veteran’s Day, Dermatology Partners proudly honors one of our own—Dr. Stanton Lebouitz—for his dedicated service during the Vietnam War.
