As the first point of contact for more than 20,000 to 30,000 patient calls each month, this team plays a critical role in shaping the patient experience and setting the tone for the care that follows.
From the very first interaction, our associates do far more than answer phones. They create a sense of calm and trust, guiding new patients through the onboarding process, listening closely to individual needs, connecting them to the right locations and appointment times, and routing their calls to the clinical team for extended care after visits. Their ability to combine efficiency with empathy ensures that every patient feels heard, supported, and cared for from the start.
In March alone, this team of 28 dedicated associates scheduled more than 38,000 appointments, significantly exceeding their goal. Behind each of those appointments is a meaningful interaction—one that directly contributes to patient access, provider utilization, and overall organizational performance.
