Notice of Privacy Incident
Dermatology Practices is notifying individuals who may have been affected by a data security incident at our Catonsville Location at 716 Maiden Choice LN, #305
Catonsville, MD 21228.
What Happened: Between February 27, 2026, and March 10, 2026, an unauthorized individual accessed our data system. While there is no evidence that any data was copied or removed, we cannot determine which patient records may have been viewed. We are notifying all patients seen at our Catonsville Location at 716 Maiden Choice LN, #305
Catonsville, MD 21228, out of an abundance of caution.
What Information Was Involved: Information that may have been viewable includes patient names, dates of birth, addresses, contact information, medical record numbers, dates of service, diagnosis and treatment information, and potentially health insurance information.
What We Are Doing: We are actively cooperating with ongoing investigations and have conducted a forensic review to assess the incident. Additionally, we have strengthened our data security measures by implementing enhanced access controls and engaging cybersecurity professionals.
