To Be Led by Dr. Erin Carty, New Clinic Will Open May 4, Offering Full Spectrum of Dermatology Care
Dermatology Partners, a privately owned, physician-led dermatology group serving the Mid-Atlantic region, will open its newest clinic in Ridley Park, PA on May 4. The new clinic further strengthens the organization’s presence in the Greater Philadelphia market while advancing its continued expansion throughout Mid-Atlantic.
To be located at 1 Bartol Avenue, Suite 103, in Ridley Park, the new state-of-the-art clinic will be led by Erin Carty, MD, a board-certified dermatologist dedicated to providing comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Dr. Carty’s clinical interests span the full spectrum of dermatology, including skin cancer detection and surgery, and treatment of inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. She enjoys working with families and people of all ages. She has a particular interest in hair loss and completed a research fellowship at the University of Minnesota focused on scarring alopecia.

Dr. Carty earned her bachelor’s degrees in biology and Spanish from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis before obtaining her medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School. After completing her dermatology residency at the University of Chicago, she served as lead dermatologist at Riva Dermatology in North Carolina.
A recent transplant to the Greater Philadelphia area, Dr. Carty has quickly embraced the city, including its passionate sports culture. An avid runner, she has completed four of the seven World Marathon Majors.
The addition of the new Ridley Park clinic represents Dermatology Partners’ latest step in growing its Mid-Atlantic footprint while reinforcing its commitment to partnering with independent physicians to meet increasing demand for high-quality dermatologic services.
