Saira Agarwala, MD, provides comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care for patients of all ages. She is dedicated to helping patients feel healthy, confident, and comfortable in their skin through individualized, patient-centered care and honest communication. Dr. Agarwala works closely with each patient to create realistic treatment plans tailored to their goals and needs.
Originally from the Lehigh Valley, Dr. Agarwala earned her undergraduate degree in Biological Anthropology from George Washington University and her medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. She completed her internship at St. Luke’s University Hospital and dermatology residency at Temple University Hospital, where she treated a wide range of medical and cosmetic skin conditions. She also completed a fellowship in Cosmetic Dermatology and Laser Surgery at Main Line Center for Laser Surgery, where she trained alongside leaders in the field and participated in research focused on advanced laser technologies and aesthetic treatments.
Dr. Agarwala treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions, with particular interests in inflammatory skin diseases and the early detection and treatment of skin cancer. She commonly cares for patients with acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, hair loss, and complex rashes.
She also has a strong interest in cosmetic dermatology and skin rejuvenation, specializing in natural-looking results through laser and energy-based treatments, injectables, chemical peels, skin resurfacing, and other minimally invasive procedures. She values cultural competence in aesthetics and recognizes that treatment goals and beauty standards vary across individuals and backgrounds.
