York, PA (02/24/26) - Dermatology Partners, a privately owned, physician-led dermatology group serving the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced the acquisition of Bene Dermatology, further strengthening the organization’s presence in south-central Pennsylvania and advancing its continued Mid-Atlantic expansion strategy.
The transaction becomes effective on March 2, 2026.
Natalie Bene, MD, PhD, FAAD, FACMS, a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon with more than 20 years of experience, will continue to lead her practice, located at 400 Pine Grove Commons in York, PA. Her existing clinical team will also remain in place, ensuring continuity of care for patients while gaining access to Dermatology Partners’ expanded resources, technology, and collaborative physician network.

After graduation from Boston University School of Medicine, she completed her internship in medicine and surgery at Newton-Wellesley Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston while she completed her dermatology residency at the State University of New York/Roswell Park Cancer Institute in Buffalo.
Dr. Bene continued her advanced training as a fellow in Mohs micrographic surgery, cutaneous oncology and reconstructive surgery at the Skin Cancer Center in Cincinnati and as a fellow in laser surgery, cosmetic dermatology, and phlebology at the Maryland Laser, Skin & Vein Institute in Baltimore.
Dr. Bene is a Diplomate of American Board of Dermatology. She is a Fellow of American College of Mohs Surgery, American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery.
