Blair began her career as a licensed cosmetologist before pursuing her passion for healthcare and returning to school to become a Medical Assistant. Inspired by friends and family in the medical field, she completed her training through Berks Technical Institute and joined Dermatology Partners in 2017, where she discovered a strong passion for dermatology, patient care, and supporting both patients and staff through education and communication.
Over the years, Blair has continued to grow within Dermatology Partners, transitioning from Medical Assistant to Training and Compliance Manager, and now serving as Patient Outreach Manager. Throughout her career, she has remained dedicated to improving patient experiences, supporting operational workflows, and helping strengthen communication across multiple offices. Her background in training, workflow development, and patient outreach has allowed her to contribute to both staff support and patient engagement initiatives throughout the organization.
Blair is especially passionate about Dermatology Partners’ core values and strives to reflect them not only in her work but in her everyday life. She believes in leading with compassion, authenticity, teamwork, and a genuine commitment to helping others feel supported and cared for.
Outside of work, Blair enjoys spending time in nature, going to concerts, and most importantly, being a mom.
