WILMINGTON, DE - (7/18/2025) - Dermatology Partners, the premier, privately owned, and physician-led dermatology group specializing in treating a full spectrum of dermatological conditions, including the detection and treatment of skin cancers with Mohs surgery, is proud to announce the relocation of its North Wilmington office to a newly upgraded facility just 2.6 miles away. Beginning July 21, 2025, patients will be seen at the new location in The Concord at 3515 Silverside Rd. Suite 3569 B Wilmington, DE 19810. This new location, conveniently located just a block off Route 202, offers enhanced accessibility to the practice from around the area.
Dermatology Partners acquired the practice in North Wilmington in January 2021. The exceptional care provided by Chloe Payne, MD, Teresina Jensen, PA-C, and Jennifer Smith, MSN, FNP-BC, caused the demand to outgrow the existing space. The new North Wilmington location will continue to provide the highest standard of dermatologic care, now in a larger, modern setting offering expanded services and greater convenience for the community. Services include general dermatology, on-site Mohs micrographic surgery (the most advanced technique for treating many types of skin cancer), procedural treatments, and cosmetic services.

Jennifer brings years of clinical experience and a patient-first approach to treating a wide variety of skin conditions across all age groups. Dermatology Partners -North Wilmington is accepting new patients with immediate appointment availability. All major insurance plans are accepted and referrals are not required. The clinic is open Monday 7:30-4pm, Tuesday 7:30-5pm, Wednesday and Thursday 7:30-4:30pm and Friday 7:30-3:30pm.
North Wilmington is one of two Delaware locations for Dermatology Partners; the other is located in Hockessin. Dermatology Partners operates nearly 40 clinics across Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Maryland.
