Dermatology Partners has a state of the art Customer Service team located in the Reading, PA area.
Each Patient Advocate handles a multitude of Provider schedules and offers several available shifts to help ensure our Patients reach a live person when they call. Patient Advocates help our Patients in a variety of ways by scheduling appointment, matching them with the perfect Provider and answer any questions they may have to help calm any anxiety associated with making medical appointments.
Our Medical Triage team is an extension of our Customer Service Center and can assist with questions regarding prescriptions, assist our Providers in a virtual format for patient visits using the most advanced technologies for the optimum patient experience.
