Free Skin Cancer Screenings – May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month
At Dermatology Partners, we proudly support Skin Cancer Awareness Month by offering free skin cancer screenings throughout May. Early detection is critical in successfully treating skin cancer, and these complementary screenings are part of our ongoing commitment to community health and education.
Skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the United States, with millions of cases diagnosed each year. Fortunately, when caught early, most skin cancers are highly treatable. A professional skin exam is a simple, non-invasive way to identify suspicious lesions, moles, or changes in the skin that may warrant further evaluation or treatment.
Several board-certified dermatologists will offer new patients no-cost skin checks on select days in May. These screenings are quick, confidential, and could help save lives.
